At TAR, we believe that your business data, patient conversations, customer contacts, and operational records belong exclusively to you. Our architecture is designed around a local-first philosophy where data resides primarily on your hardware.
2. Data We Do and Do Not Collect
What stays on your device:
- Your local store database, sales ledgers, customer lists, inventory, and order records.
- Your local business documents and product catalogs.
- Direct local chat transcripts and customer interaction logs.
What is processed for service delivery:
- AI Operations: When you invoke AI actions (e.g. WhatsApp auto-reply, audio note transcription, or OCR scan), the specific prompt text or media is sent transiently to provider APIs (Groq Whisper, Gemma, DeepSeek) to fulfill the operation.
- Zero Model Training: Your inputs and customer messages are never used to train or fine-tune public or third-party AI models.
- Encrypted Cloud Sync (Optional): If you enable multi-device sync, encrypted data transactions are replicated via TLS 1.3 over secure cloud servers.
3. Zero Data Monetization or Selling
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal data, patient communications, or business telemetry to any third party, data broker, or advertiser.
4. Data Portability and Erasure
Because TAR uses standard open data formats, you can export your entire workspace at any moment with a single tap. If you delete your workspace, local records are immediately erased from your device and any synced cloud backups are purged.
